I enjoy the mornings where Matt doesn't have to go to work early. I steal out of bed at 7:30 am when Cooper jingles his tags loud enough to wake me. This is his "I really mean it, I have to go outside," noise. Sometimes it is accompanied by a *snort* or two. He’s quiet because he knows Daddy is sleeping. He goes out and comes back without a fuss. We get a treat for him and then its breakfast. This is where we swerve from the normal routine. Now we get back in bed with Matt and its "wiggly, licky, cold paws" time, but only for a second or two. Then Cooper settles down at the end of the bed and we usually sleep for another hour or so. When the alarm goes off at 9:30 am Cooper and I get up and begin the process that is getting Daddy out of bed. This is not easy, but it is fun. Sometimes I open the blinds and sliding glass door of our bedroom to let sun and air in. If it is raining I turn on the TV to look at the weather (all boys are interested in dreadful weather, don’chaknow???). But the best is to pull all the covers off - - especially helpful on laundry day - - and toss the dog up on the bed. The ensuing uprising is generally filled with yips and shouts of Get your cold paws off my face! or Stop wiggling and I’ll pet you! And my personal favorite… Quit trying to French me!!!

Young Son
Yeah so here is the boy. His full name is Super Cooper Licky Poo, but we just call him Cooper......or Super Cooper, or Mini Cooper, or Pooper Scooper....well you get the idea......
This little guy goes under the knife on Monday for a neutering and he is getting 3 baby teeth pulled at the same time. I know! Poor little guy.
He is a good little man. Matt (my husband) got him for me as an early Christmas present. He came into our lives on December 17, 2004.
He is currently 7 months old.
Damn, he is cute. Disgustingly cute.
Yup, I lurve him.................
awww who's the baby?

Sponsor Night at Work
Wow, you know, the people who pay for theatre are not really into it. Example: tonight we had sponsor night....where we give all the tickets to the corporations or individuals who donated the money for that particular show. They can invite whomever they want. These people get free food and drink as well as a free show.
These people were talking on their cell phones, sleeping and staring at my board operators.
However, my favorite couple was Crazy Hat lady and her husband, Sleeping Guy. These people are MAJOR donors.
Ahhhh well.... I suppose they can do whatever they want with their money and I should just be happy they are there at all.
If I ever become independently wealthy...(ha ha) And I am able to sponsor a show for the Shakespeare festival near me (of course there will be one near me) I will say this to you: I will never fall asleep during a performance - - however, I cannot promise that I will not wear a crazy hat...
